During sessions

1. Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer throughout the session.

2. The Right is reserved to exclude any child who exhibits inappropriate behaviour.

Payment Terms

1. Fees are paid on a termly basis.

2. All fees are payable by the first session of the term.

3. Those attending for the first time have the option of providing payment for the term on their second session. This will provide the opportunity to ‘trial’ a session before committing to the whole term.

4. Cheques should be made payable to ‘MINI MAESTROS’.

Discounts

There is a discount for siblings or second children brought by a carer, of 50% for the second child

Refunds

Fees cannot normally be refunded. Requests for refunds in extreme conditions will be considered on an individual basis

Rescheduled classes

In the event of a session being cancelled, another session will be rescheduled. In the event of being unable to reschedule a session, your fee for that week will be refunded.

All attendees are insured by Public Liability Insurance whilst under the supervision of Miranda Boakes-Clark
